Join us for our midnight release party to celebrate the brand new novel from beloved author Sally Rooney. Be the first in Meanjin/Brisbane to get your hands on Intermezzo!
The night will feature a book chat celebrating brilliant female authors and complicated love stories (plenty of picks for the sad girls!).
There will be prizes, exclusive themed giveaways and party bags of books and other fun things!
The grand prize of the night will be the completed works of Sally Rooney and a very exclusive Intermezzo tote bag.
Bring your book loving besties, book club or just yourself! You are welcome to bring snacks and nibbles and our bar will be open with Rooney inspired mocktails! We will welcome you even in your pyjamas (almost encouraged)!
note: Sally Rooney will sadly not be joining us all the way from Ireland, the night is in her honour!
