Join our panelists Jan-Andrew Henderson, Pamela Jeffs and Pauline Yates as they discuss the horror anthology That is TOO Wrong!

A collection of horror tales featuring award winners Rob McClure Smith (Black Springs Crime Fiction Prize. The Scotsman Orange Short Story Prize), Pauline Yates (Australian Horror Writers Association Short Story Competition), Pamela Jeffs (Aurealis Award) David Wesley Hill (Golden Bridge Award), Justin Hunter (Crown Wood International Film Festival. WPRN.TV Screenplay Competition. 13 Horror.com Film and Screenplay) and Jan-Andrew Henderson (Royal Mail Award. Doncaster Book Prize). We also uncover a host of other writers whose dark thoughts have been dragged, kicking and screaming, into the light.

Pauline Yates lives in Queensland, and writes horror and dark speculative fiction. Her stories appear or are forthcoming in anthologies including Black Hare Press, Metaphorosis, Redwood Press, Midnight Echo plus others. She’s an Australian Shadows Awards Short Fiction Finalist, and her AHWA winning short story, The Best Medicine, was translated by Riflessi di Luce Lunare (RiLL), Italy. She has judged the Australian Shadows Awards/Poetry Category and is a member of the AHWA and HWA. She looks forward to the release of her debut YA Scifi novel, Memories Don’t Lie, to be published by Black Hare Press in 2023.

Pamela Jeffs is an Australian speculative fiction author with a love for writing short fiction. Pamela has published four short story collections, co-authored an anthology with Aiki Flinthart titled The Zookeeper’s Takes of Interstellar Oddities and published 70+ short stories in various national and international magazines and anthologies including Relics, Wrecks and Ruins, by CAT Press and Lawless Lands: Tales from the Weird Frontier by Falstaff Books. She has been shortlisted for multiple awards throughout her career including numerous Aurealis Awards, a Ditmar Award and has been twice noted in the Writers of the Future Competition. Jan-Andrew Henderson (J.A. Henderson) is the author of 38 children’s, teen, YA and adult fiction and non-fiction books. He has been published in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada and Europe by Oxford University Press, Collins, Hardcourt Press, Amberley Books, Oetinger Publishing, Mainstream Books, Black and White Publishers, Mlada Fontana, Black Hart and Floris Books. Jan has been shortlisted for fifteen literary awards in the UK and Australia and won the Doncaster Book Prize and the Royal Mail Award - Britain’s biggest children’s book prize. He runs The Green Light Literary Breakdown Service, offering advice and editing to writers.
